I went to Madrid during one weekend, to have a break and sightsee. In theory at least. I reality, I spent the whole time with my amazing CouchSurfers hosts and their friends, partying, eating, speaking several european languages, playing and enjoying the time being !
This was taken in the really little hours we spent out of the flat to go in a museum!
This is one reason why I love the spirit of Couchsurfing and I try to be hosted this way when I travel, or to host people in my home town. I can’t imagine much myself alone in a hotel now!
